Chelsea Restoration Corporation's (CRC) programs address the issues of substandard housing. They give residents the opportunity to improve their living environments by developing skills in Property Management and Maintenance as well as Financial Counseling (Personal Budgeting)and Foreclosure Prevention.
CRC strives to motivate tenants and homeowners to achieve high levels of confidence and productivity. The result is clean, safe affordable housing. We also provide a unique hands-on approach to housing management and maintenance.

Chelsea Restoration's on-going mission is to provide quality housing for the City's low and moderate income families.

Originally, CRC was in the business of purchasing, renovating and selling residential properties to eligible first-time homebuyers. When interest rates soared in the 1980's, its focus shifted to a Rental Program involving the development of quality rental housing that is affordable with or without rental subsidies.

CRC is continually expanding its program offerings to address the economic development of Chelsea residents with an emphasis on responsible fiscal and property management skills.
